Sadly, no. Blacklisted typically means trade sanctions and removal of
most favored trading partner status or some such, not embargo. Msian
exports may face highers taxes, higher quotas, etc. It will hurt the
Msian export business. It won't hurt the import business.
Only in the rarest of cases is an embargo slapped and that's usually
reserved for terrorist/rogue nations.
Personal opinion of course, not reflective of employer, etc, etc.
