in two paragraphs, you've just described the OSSPIP structure. :) it was
an idea i had two years back, and my solution to the funding issue was
venture capital, hence we approached mavcap then.

but since osspip is for all intents and purposes still in limbo due to
mavcap's uncertainty, i'm willing to move some of the work we did there
into this initiative if it gets of the ground. we cant use the name
osspip, but i think that's a non-issue.

today, such a loose structure does exist among a few companies, all of
whom who had intentions to submit for funding under osspip. they're
privately funded at the moment though.

i already have the mechanism and blueprints for these. there's a structure
we can use which will make it both economical and equitable to all the
members of the cooperatives/subsidiaries.

in fact, once both of you (tze meng/raja iskandar) have done your
groundwork, let's meet up and i'll explain the structures we had intended
to put in place for osspip. nsh, being an osspip consultant, would have an
idea for this as well, right ?
