Cool stuff .... I can't remember anything of note I did in basic, yeah
nothing big
all my "big" projects were in Pascal - initially Apple aka UCSD Pascal,
the Turbo Pascal on CP/M - all on an Apple II clone :)
Then professionally Turbo Pascal on Windows 3.1 and later...whoo
1987-nineties ...then stopped :(

yeah, like turbo pascal - extended well beyond the standard for better
or worse
funny thing is turbo pascal's extensions have been "ported" to FPC and
GNU pascal
..... a lot of Turbo Pascal programmers still out there I guess :)
U can say I'm a dyed in the wool TP programmer who is too old to learn
something new, Modula-2/3 or Ada maybe
but C and C++ makes my hair stand

yeah, sad, need to push ANSI pascal as the teaching language of choice
