I am indeed very pleased to point you to the following URL:

that reports the establishment of a LEAP center in Singapore by Red
Hat and Oracle.

The center is targetted at *any* ISV who has applications that are of
interest to the enterprise but for some reason or another has not been
ported to run on Linux.
 

All potential ISVs are welcome to participate and they can sign up at
http://www.redhat.com/solutions/leap.  There is no cost to participate
in this porting effort (RH and Oracle will supply their respective
products at no cost to the ISV).  ISVs not in Singapore can also
participate as they can gain access to the services both via the web as
well as via phone.
 

I will be running LEAP Center and will be looking at starting a whole
bunch of activities to get the community going and vendors porting.
