sorry, you guessed it right, everyone is busy. that's all.

the meeting was okay, it lasted till midnight. thanks to jason for being
the host. thanks also to the other guys who showed up.

we had the major points sorted out except for the name. we figured that
this can be decided by the collective group. we probably need to
short-list 3 or 5 names. most of the discussion was on the shares and
membership.

i guess most of us are also waiting for the minutes.
