Huh! What are you talking about? What formal review? The working group
had been asked to come up with a draft shareholders agreement by the
next meeting. We will be happy to be given the opportunity to do this
our way and (whether its reviewed by one of the working group's mother
or anyone else) We will table this to a second meeting scheduled for the
17th July. Please fix the place for this meeting. Then the meeting can
decide how and where they want to take this document to be discussed.

Tze Meng. It's our internal working. Can we have some freedom to do
this, including the number of meetings we will have before we submit the
document to the next meeting? During the next meeting, those present may
want to refer it to 3 other law professors plus posting it on 10 mailing
lists!
