ok to reply what.
we are forever complaining that nobody ever listens to us consumers.
but when one offers to listen, we criticise .... ?? catch 22 ??
i have conducted a few surveys before. while in the uk, people will
politely respond. malaysians tend to avoid surveys like the plague. no
wonder there is an expectation gap between consumers and businesses in
malaysia.
plus in malaysia, some business abuse surveys - e.g. insurance /
direct selling / credit card. it always starts with a survey then end
up with getting you to sign up. usually i will fill up the survey. if
it is interesting i will ask for their business card. otherwise,
its' "no thanks".
