We were given an assignment to be delivered by a specific date and we 
delivered. We didn't "overpromise" :)

I leave this to Jason, but I still prefer to present this at the 17th 
meeting first. Remember this is a "business" process we are talking 
about now even though it may be referring to open source and I don't 
know who are in the mailing lists - competitors, sabotageurs?? spelling. 
This document is very detailed and contain information that in a 
business strategy you don't want certain others to know? I don't know I 
am not a business woman...

If I am putting up a proposal for a hospital, I don't think I want to 
put it on a mailing for comments...
