Sure, they will be some risks that some parties, who do not want to see 
this type of organisation emerge or become successful, may try to derail 
the whole process and nip it in the bud before it takes root.  However, if 
the core group of MOSSIA is committed enough and knows what it wants it 
must be able to get its act together and start off.  Anyway since the 
meeting where the document will be circulated is open to all, these 
parties can still turn up and get hold of the document.  The document 
still needs to be studied by all interested and if needed, modified and/or 
enhanced.
