how can the draft shareholders agreement be reviewed and discussed when no
one has seen it ? as molly has kindly pointed out, it's an 18 page
document, and surely you do not expect attendees to read, understand and
absorb it in a short period.

as to the concern that it contains business strategy, i'd ask what
business strategy ? a shareholder agreement details the rights of each
shareholder with respect to the others and does not cover the business
strategy/direction of a company. from what i gather in the last minutes of
the meeting, the wg was tasked with a shareholder's agreement, not to
dictate business strategy.

have things changed ?
