an 18 page document in a few hours ? especially so since it's in legalese
and a majority of people would need time to absorb this. plus the agenda
has other items of action as well in the same 5-6 hours. if a law
professor takes a few days to go thru it, surely you dont expect non-legal
folk to do it any faster ? wouldn't it lead to more fruitful discussions
if people could digest the documents over the next couple of days and come
to the meeting with an understanding of what's in it ? why force the rush
to do all in 5-6 hours ?

right now this is conjencture, since you've seen the document but very few
others have.

hmmm, ok maybe you could explain what you meant about the confidentiality
of the document and why you're concerned about it being breached then. in
most companies, shareholder lists and structure are available thru an RoC
company search anyways, post-formation.
