just who are the shareholders of MOSSIA ? the company has not been
incorporated, therefore no shareholders exist. before potential
shareholders can become shareholders, they need to read and agree to the
terms of the MOSSIA document. you don't expect them to sign a document
without reading it, do you ? to do this, they need to read, understand and
digest the document, perhaps even getting their own lawyers to give advice
on it.
potential shareholders cant do this without getting access to the
document, which is why your insistence that the document be kept private
was very, very confusing.
plus, in the minutes of the last meeting at
http://mossia.projects.inigo-tech.com/meetings/initial it was actioned
that Jason was, "To scan or transcribe the existing Doctor's Collective
Agreement to be a basis for discussion". how can discussion happen when
the discussees have not seen the document ?
so, since we're meeting in less than 4 hours, could you clarify concretely
if the MOSSIA document which the WG worked on this past few weeks can be
distributed and used as a basis for discussion, or would you rather
retract your offer to have it used ? there're two conflicting emails on
this from you, in one you directed jason/raja not to distribute the
document, and in the next you mentioned that you had no objections to it
being distributed/used as the MOSSIA document belongs to the prospective
MOSSIA shareholders.
