[ossig] [OSSIG] 24x7 enterprise support for Linux

Hi All

I had an opportunity for someone quote for services for a linux server 
support engagement.
Customer wanted 24x7x365, 4 hr response time for RHEL - not FreeBSD or 
Mac OS X so I had to decline
since I needed to respond within 30 mins..... didn't have enough time 
to ask on this list, too late now.
Anyway, for future reference, email me privately if you are interested, 
just in case I get another request.
