I may be wrong but I think not too many if you do not count MIMOS OSS 
people and consultants to the govt. :)

I was hoping that maybe some of the MAMPU people who are involved in the 
policies and implementation guidelines can be more visible here or at 
least are tracking the rants and complaints being spewed forth here.
