To be fair to MAMPU, I think they may have changed their stance from the 
Linux-only mindset to a more open one now.  AFAIK their OSS Masterplan  
does not specify Linux specifically.  However, having said that I believe 
many of the Govt IT people, still equate OSS to Linux.  Hopefully, the 
consultants and people who are doing the policies and/or advising the IT 
people will do their part in making these people more aware.
