i don't think it's about a business model. it's about how existing laws
may conflict with open source licenses. i think charles' original
questions had a point with respect to the Perisian Tulen sticker and how
it applies to open source. the question is though, who approves the
software as tulen for OSS ? does it have to be the original author ?
