perhaps, as an official redhat response, redhat could write to the 
ministry to clarify the GPL and to a larger extent OSS licensing in this 
regard. like nsh, i think this could be exploited by the BSA for more FUD.

this would be violation of trademarks then, which strictly isn't a 
software thing.
