conventional business will have no problem with those.
And it should cost some $$$ to file a claim and to
make those stickers, package it and etc...

OSS - someone got to do that, some one got to pay the
cost, if we are to follow those rules.

I dun think OSS is part of a business of any kind. but
much more of a culture and volunteerism of a community
to work a computer.

I do feel that there are a change in paradigm which
the authorities should take note of about OSS. If we
are to have OSS masterplan, there should be a
component on letting people understand what is OSS and
how it work; a component on how authorities to
regulate it.

There are instances where the CD are labeled as OSS
softwares but are literally blank or not working.
literally means CD sellers are cheating. how about
consumer's right? so it is a very difficult issue to
handle. frankly I prefer to download, help and teach
others as much as I can about OSS.

Redhat guy speaking about the challenges on OSS, the
last few minutes are interesting.

There are grey areas which needed to be sorted out for
the future of OSS globally. So what can and should we
do locally? is there a model which we can adopt from
elsewhere or we formulate our own model?

cheers.
