[ossig] other kind of open source license...

hi all,

have anyone come across other kind of opensource license? i have just
bumped into Nokia Open Source License (NOKOS License) under
www.mupe.net.

just wonder how come they make their own OSS license instead of using
one of the common ones (GPL, BSD and etc?)
