Everyone has their own preferences for what they want. There are over
50+ FOSS licenses in use right now and growing. The main reference
point for all these licenses would be at opensource.org, at:

http://www.opensource.org/licenses/

This proliferation of licenses does make licensing and legal issues
for FOSS companies increasingly complicated. Hopefully, companies will
stop creating new licenses and start using just a few generic
licenses, before FOSS devolves into a patchwork of incompatible and
confusing licenses.
