reads like a typical 'corporate' oss license - similar to the mozilla /
interbase public license. which i personally like, as it addresses
original / contributor, covered / larger works issues. with these kind
of license, you can actually produce a closed source / binary only
larger works - then indicate that you have used some oss codes and the
oss codes are availble.. for corporate projects, this looks friendlier.

looks ok, not like the sun public license. or some form of eula..
