Nomination would be done on Mosig mailing list and I will compile a list on
the night of the closing and send it out on MOSIG Mailing list only. However,
if for some reason you can't do it on MOSIG mailing list, you may send it to
the mailing list (OSSIG & MNCC) of your choosing and cc copy to me. This is
in the interest transparency, so that no one will come back to be later and
ask why and how certain nomination appear etc...
