[ossig] MOSIG anoucement

Dear all,

Nomination period  for election of MOSIG protemp committee will be extended by 
72 hours. which will be ending at midnight 22nd September 2004. 

In addition, as with previous suggestion, a grace period is added between 
nomination and voting. 

Hence the new voting period will be 
start/end 0.00 27-9-2004/23:59  3-10-2004.
(starts 0.00 27th September 2004 and ends 23:59 3rd october 2004)

All interested party are encourage to participate.
