If it is required I can temporarily host the mosig ml for the duration of 
the voting on the server currently running the ossig ml.  However, again I 
cannot guarantee the uptime of the server; however so far it has been 
reasonably satisfactory, so unless mosig is jinxed or what it may be ok.
