Sure, join the lists, mail me offline and I'll help you get started. The
jist is:

1. Signup for an account at www.openoffice.org
2. Go to ms.openoffice.org and click "Join"
3. I'll approve the join
4. Join the lists (theres no traffic on *@ms.oo.o :)) 
5. Gather others to do (4) and start translating/writing docs/etc...
6. CVS checkin to ms.oo.o we'll work on later, i.e. after credentials
established, ENOCRACK, etc... ;-)
7. in liue of (6), anonymous cvs checkouts are enabled (for all of OOo
even!). You just concentrate on the ms module though if you wanna hack
on the website
8. I accept patches in unified diff format against the html (yes,
diffing html sucks, but sourecast is such), and will apply patches in a
timely fashion [1]

ms is the ISO code for Malay, or so we checked. my is not. There was
some fuss about this a while back. It is after all ms_MY
