Uwe,

who loves Swiss-German keyboard layout (de_CH) for all of this (except 
of ß); plus
é,à,è et É, À, È et ç;
readily available on a single, standard keyboard !
(Made in Malaysia, of course, but not available locally, not at all. 
Therefore I always have to get one from Switzerland; kind of wastage, 
isn't it !? and fly it back to MY)
