Actually the Hack in the Box conference organising committee meetings are 
held regularly at night at Coffee Bean in Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) on 
weekdays.  On the whole not too bad for a meeting; while there are usually 
other customers around the place is big enough and there are plenty of 
empty chairs.  It is also located outdoors under the BSC patio and so is 
not subject to the noise generated in an enclosed space.  

The added advantage of a place like this is that later on some of the guys 
can adjourn to Chilis for you know what ;)
