Yes at the moment I am listing a few essential skills
needed to begin using and developing with FOSS. 

I am not against using commercial software either.
People who have the money, it is their's to spend.

IMHO, the barrier to learn, use and develop with FOSS
should be reduced. I do not know how, and I am turing
to u guys for pointers.
