Re: [ossig] FOSS Meet

The basic idea is listing essential skills to begin
using FOSS where everybody can refer to. Elements in
the list for example unix as an operating system, why
is it important to learn, what is it's feature, and
where to go next to get those information. We may not
need to write the whole document, but highlight the
references. May be books may be sites.

At the end the list will consist of skills needed and
where to go to get those information. Google will not
help if people do not know what to google.

It will also be a plus to all OSS users that u can
point to a place where essential skills needed are
hosted some where in a list.

For those who are interested to work out this list
please drop me a mail. If you think it will not work,
do drop me a mail too.

Thanks.
