Might I add, commercial interests can work _negatively_ towards the
betterment of follow-up, follow-up, follow-up (parts of what Dinesh has
mentioned before in the thread that Charles was replying to will then
creep in...)
So if there's a LUG, we want to make sure the committee is well
represented

I tried contacting all the "known" lugs in Malaysia, and it proved
fruitless. Penang, Perak, and a few others. E-mail bounces, no response.
Mighty useless

SMIs don't bring their machines to get it installed. And the rate of
failure in creating a mail server, or testing a fax server, etc... is
just too great to handle

Would appreciate all your thoughts to be _on list_ rather than off-list.
You after all, want as many participants as possible (even from a
diverse commercial background)
I'll say it again to all - if the commercial interest from Company X is
too great, this will fail. Installfest, lug, etc... will be a no-go.
Learn from MYLUG...
Oh I've got another "issue" to bring up - how do we deal with being bi-
lingual? I have no quick answer to this, except my stand on this is:
docs out there are in English, reading code/writing code is in English,
most apps themselves are in English (a fraction have been localised) -
so speakers and notes, etc.. will probably be in English. If Joe User
wants to buy a Linux magazine, Linux Magazine / Linux Journal / Linux
Format are all in English
