My bad -  what I meant was, a  mall is an excellent idea traffic-wise,
but where will  you find the proper  space for an  installfest?  Malls
aren't known for unallocated   wide-open space, and I'm   guessing the
for-rent  spaces (concourse in  KLCC, etc.) are either fully-booked or
way $$$ at XMas.
