another microsoft sales pitch....

i cant get it, if they want to add user, 10 yo kid can
do it in kde or gnome.  if the printer give them
headache, just get the new/any printer that support
linux.

nowaday, most of the task can be done without command
line...maybe the freelancer they engaged is command
line type
