Don't authors expect money? And at RM10 a pop, with a CD, what do you
think an author is going to get?

Gratis stuff is fine and dandy, but I don't think that mentality is
ingrained in the Malaysian mind. Giving away isn't as "hip" it'd seem.
Let me attribute it to culture :->
