I have to agree with Ditesh on this. I do not see much
from the development perspective on foss with
exception on php-mysql.
Any development on/related to F/OSS, should be
allowed.
cases like http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/
should be considered if willing presenters/paper
submitted on it.
