Well, it's YES and NO.

YES : This would be a good oppurtinity for OSS
NO  : Because currently there isn't a big enough entity of support
staffs. Other than the Big Redhat/Novell camp. Unless you expect the
support to get sub-contracted out. then it becomes a yes.
