Yes,

I strongly agree on this online version. As continuous change will occur, this will make the magazine healthier (content wise) instead of concentrating too much on its looks. I for one do not have internet access at home, but would be interested if its free (online). Anyone knows how the free newspapers can survive? lots of work on getting adverts I am sure. Likewise, its going to be lots of work promoting its distribution/sales.

It should be a rather interesting magazine for sure if us Malaysians are 
capable of producing such a magazine. My suggestion is to start with a 
online version of it first. To test the quality of the articles, and 
quantity in terms of how many articles can be produced in a month for a 
period of time, and most important of all is the feedback and response 
from the readers themselves. Then we will know how far this magazine 
could go, and we then decide whether a hardcopy version would be worth 
for investment.

OSS Malaysia? It sounds great ;)
