District? more like every kampung got one. :D 

IT books are never enough and the shelves are probably
empty, except for out of date books. 

By 2010, if M'sia is to beat singapore.. We got to
have a library in every daerah, at the least. We do
have mobile libraries (on buses) which tour the
kampungs. The buses are normally filled with SPM &
STPM books.. helps the kampung folks to get educated.
