1) With W3C DOM functionality, you _don't_ have to re-transmit the 
presentation aspect repeatedly.
2) If you wish to re-transmit the presentation aspect repeatedly, use 
some compression output handler to minimize size of data sent over the 
network.
3) It's plain text. Use CSS, cut down on images and there will be a 
significant decrease in the size of data sent over the network.
