The comments box, can have an interesting twist, and well, should speak
the truth...

There are concerns with folk not being able to access e-governance sites
using open source tools/browsers. Why is this so? IE is not the be all
and end all... This is worthy of the comments box...

Increasing access to the Internet, as part of the 9MP (where they want
to further bridge the digital divide). is it not better to use OSS, than
pay-for proprietary software? Another worthy of the comments box...

Why is OSS not part of the survey questions? Definitely a worthy
improvement if there's a 2nd one...

Open standards, and document file formats. We should be pushing ratified
standards such as OASIS XML for continuity and keeping documents forever
accessible. I think thats worthy of the comments box...
