My gripe isn't about this. You want to add a database; you happen to
have one available, with the correct licence, you take it. User wants to
use it, user has to have JRE.
This isn't exactly great, but we understand.
My gripe is about the widgets. JAVA should be removed instead of
inserted in this area.
We've had bad comments on wizardry being non-functional; plenty of error
messages ... .

The message is, this won't work fully.
It gives a headache to Open Source on the desktop; be it on W32 or any
place else, because (SUN)JRE isn't something that is readily available
(on the individual machine). And worse: nothing readily distributable.
One might think, some SUNies are suicidal. Since I know that they are no
dummies: what else ?
