That was my concern. 
I do think ow's work is a good start.

I may not have the time to contribute. looking on what
I have to work on. I may even throw out a few projects
to focus on perhaps only one.

However, I do feel that a Bounty Prize for the best
article in the mag should be in place to attract
contributors. Having proper legal requirement filled.
I can help ask around for sponsor. The article should
focus on how to contribute to opensource projects.
Such that it can play a role to get more to join and
participate in projects after reading it.

My earlier concern was, if the mag do not have permit
under PPA, who want to sponsor?
