Evangelism is every bit as important as getting down and dirty with 
code. The magazine also serves the important purpose of consolidating 
the community, and that's always a good, positive thing to be working on.

Open Source is really a set of overlapping communities, and by helping 
your community, you're invariably helping out all the other communities 
as we all share the same set of values/ideals.
