The Malaysian National Computer Confederation. (MNCC) is organizing an
evening talk on '*Microsoft’s current and future security initiatives *'
as part of the series of Evening Talks planned for the year 2005.
Details of the evening talk are as follows:

Speakers Profile*
  Before joining Microsoft, *Darien Nagle* worked with one of Malaysia's
largest web sites, The Star Online, for a number of years, providing
consultancy specifically in the areas of security, network architecture
and optimization (amongst other things). Darien is currently a Senior
Technology Specialist with Microsoft Malaysia and holds an MCSE
(Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) in both Windows 2000 and Windows
NT 4.0. His current areas of expertise are Enterprise Application
Integration and Security. He also holds an MCDBA (Microsoft Certified
Database Administrator) in SQL Server 2000 and a Masters in Software
Engineering from Staffordshire University in the UK. Darien has been a
Technology Specialist with Microsoft Malaysia for more than 3 years.

*\Jason Yuen* has over 8 years of experience in the field on IT
Security. Graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree from the
University of Technology, Sydney, he is a Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP) as well as a Certified Information Systems
Auditor (CISA). In his role as Platform Security Manager, Jason is in
charge with coordinating Microsoft Malaysia’s security efforts and
programs, including Incident Response. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jason
was a Senior Manager at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms where he
worked with numerous customers from different industries to assist them
in the field of technology and security risk management.  A frequent
speaker at various security events, Jason is currently also a Director
of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA),
Malaysia chapter.
