I Thank you for all the comments and inputs which has been generated.

We will take all the inputs into consideration and depending on the
amount of contributors we receive in the various languages.

In the meantime, enough comments on this and contribute. Start Writing
for the next/future edition.

General Guidelines :
1. Author Info (something about yourself. Refer to previous editions)
2. Links to resources used. 
3. Screenshots/Code Listing should be numbered (nl code.txt)
4. If you want to have a say in the layout, please use a wordprocessor
so that you can align/lay them out. 
5. License of your Article. CC-BY/CC-BY-SA/BSD/GPL/FDL/Public Domain
etc.
6. at least 4 weeks before your article is to be published anywhere
else. (some form of exclusivity. I'm sure you understand, but we're not
too strict on it)
