The name "Open Source Development Community" is too
general... if got this group, a lot of non-technical
topics flood this group mailing list.

To get some open source development team set up...
some one should propose a project for development
group and only focus on that one area, so you can
gather the man power who interest on such area. For
example, gentoo.org is only do linux distro, and focus
on develop enhancement tool for their distro.. did you
see them do accounting system at the same time?

And also, I believe there a very few open source
developer in Malaysia. How to pull more developer join
open source? The Magazine that organized by Ow is one
of the good momentum to let us focus. If the maganize
become popular, it will be the most successful open
source project in Malaysia.
