My Bad. I tend to have an idealist view of society. :-)

I keep forgetting that BSA is a commercial entity which was formed to
combat (widespread) piracy and supported by the local/global consortium
of companies which aims for Rule #1. [1]

Then perhaps some blame should fall upon the local M'sia Govt or MAMPU
(which incidently came out in today's Computimes noting, we have made
strides in communicating with people from both the public and private
sectors with regard to OSS adoption.

Dang It. They need to target education!
