To produce truly obfuscated code, you must either:
a) Be an unbelievably shitty coder
b) Know what you are doing

I truly hope I'm not a) :). I can take a stab at producing obfuscated
Python, PHP, Java or some other language if we're in the mood to widen
the scope of the question.
