[ossig] OSS ICT Excellence Award

The annual MNCC/MOSTI/MEWC/Maxis ICT Excellence Awards are back.  This 
time around, for the OSS category, in addition to the usual OSS software 
project, submissions are also welcomed for a person of Malaysian 
nationality who is active in Open Source activities. These activities may 
include (but are not confined to):

- participation in an OSS project by way of software development, 
documentation, translation, localisation etc.,
- the promotion and advocacy of OSS locally and/or internationally.

Prize money is RM 5,000 and closing date for submission is 5 August 2005.
