[ossig] Limited FoC seats for MONO workshop

for those who cannot afford the rm300 for the mono workshop, pls
contact me via email (direct; NOT thru the list). just managed to
wrangled some free seats for those on this list.

criteria is simple,
1. you can't afford it.  
2. you know what .net and mono's about (at least the concept)
3. and you promise not to use your skills to advance the cause of terrorism. :)
