this is something the sith have learned a long time ago. however, this 
needs to be put in practice really soon, for any attempts at eroding the 
present system of patents will take a long time considering that it has 
been in play for hundreds of years.

you cant overturn tradition too easily, and anyone who assumes that it'll 
happen in our present lifetimes is either an idiot or religiously insane. :)
